Filled puff pastry parcels from the muffin tray

Ingredients for 11 servings:

  • 1 ½ tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • some vegetables, e.g. bell pepper(s)
  • possibly spice(s)
  • 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
  • some cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quickly prepared

Cut the puff pastry into squares and place them in the cleaned muffin tins. Whisk the cream cheese and egg together and add the finely chopped vegetables. Season to taste. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tins and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the puff pastry parcels according to the package instructions.
