Fillet and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into approximately 2cm cubes. Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms, finely dice the onion, and finely chop the parsley. Briefly brown the meat on all sides in clarified butter and remove from the pan. Fry the onions until translucent and add the mushrooms to the pan, stirring occasionally. After about 5 minutes, add the sour cream and cream, stir, and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then add the meat again, reduce the heat slightly, and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Serve with pasta and a green salad.
