Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 Pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Sauté finely chopped onions, crushed garlic cloves, and finely chopped bell peppers. Add the chopped tomatoes with their canned juice, chili peppers, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Thirty minutes before the end of the cooking time, brown the pork fillet in the remaining oil, season with salt and pepper. Add the meat to the sauce and let it simmer for the remaining cooking time.
