Fillet Schnitzel
The perfect fillet schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Pork tenderloin
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Breadcrumbs (homemade)
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Fat for frying
- Lemon wedges
- If necessary, clean the fillet, then cut into medallions. Place this between 2 transparencies and carefully tap. Then season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Stick the egg together. Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow bowl. One after the other, pull the fillet schnitzel through the egg and bread it with the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the fat in a pan and fry the schnitzel in the hot fat until crispy brown.
- Prepare the vegetables and arrange both on plates. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
