Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter, soft
- 130 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g strawberries, diced
- 150 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 75 g oat flakes, delicate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cream the butter, sugar, and flour until fluffy. Mix in the strawberries, then briefly stir in the flour, baking powder, and oats. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven (center oven, 180°C (350°F), fan oven, or 160°C (320°F)) for 30 minutes.
