Finger Food: Crispy Fire Bags

The perfect finger food: crispy fire bags recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dough:

  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 ml Water warm
  • Salt

Filling:

  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tl Hot pepper paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oregano
  • Hot pepper
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 100 g Crumbled feta
  • Chili
  1. Fry the meat in a little oil until crumbly, add the onions, garlic and spices, mix well and fry briefly. Finally stir in the feta. Season to taste, add some chilli if necessary.
  2. Quickly work the flour with the water and salt into a dough and let it rest covered for about 30 minutes. Then roll out with flour and cut out squares, put some of the filling in the middle, then fold the ends, press the ends a little and fry in hot oil.
