Less Than 30 Minutes: Minced Onion with Spaghetti

Ingredients
 

For minced onions

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Minced veal
  • 3 Roughly diced onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Noble sweet peppers
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan salt or similar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper a.d.M
  • 1 shot Sesame oil

For the carrot and apple salad

  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Mango vinegar or similar
  • 2 tbsp Orange oil or similar

Others

  • 1 handful Spaghetti number 3

Instructions
 

Preparations

  • Put a saucepan with water and salt in it to boil. Peel and wash the carrots. Wash the apples, cut in half, quarter them and remove the stones.

  • A handful of spaghetti is sufficient for 2 people. When the water is bubbling, cook the spaghetti in it until al dente.

In parallel with the onion - minced meat

  • Put the oil in a pan and heat it up, add the minced meat and advise against it.
  • Add salt, pepper and paprika and brown everything nicely.
  • Now add the roughly chopped onions and the garlic and fry everything together.
  • And if you like or need something spicy, you can add chilli of your choice to everything.

Carrot apple salad

  • Use a kitchen machine or a slicer to roughly grate the carrots and apples, add the spices and stir well.

Serving

  • The spaghetti should be done by now, put it in a sieve and turn it on a meat fork and place it on the plate, slightly to the side, so it looks more appealing.
