In a large pan, first fry the mushrooms and onions in butter until light brown. Then fry the ground beef until all the liquid has evaporated. Then stir in 2 tablespoons of flour. In a mixing bowl, combine the browned ground beef with the mushrooms, onions, finely chopped parsley, cheese, a little marjoram, and half a cup of milk until smooth. Pour the mixture onto the dough sheet laid out on a floured work surface and form into a narrow loaf. (If the meat mixture seems a bit too crumbly, you can add an egg to bind it better.) Cover the loaf with the second dough sheet. Mix an egg and a little milk in a cup, moisten the edges of the dough with the liquid, and press the two dough sheets together with a fork. Pierce the covering dough sheet in several places with a fork to allow any steam generated during heating to escape. Brush the pie with the egg wash and decorate with the leftover dough (e.g., arrange narrow strips of dough diagonally across the lid to form a net). Place the pie on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with a bowl of sour cream and a small bowl of cranberries.
