Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 gherkins or 4 cornichons
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • some Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the onion, cucumber, and bell pepper in a food processor (e.g., a Moulinette). Add the remaining ingredients, mix, and season to taste. Great with tacos, grilled food, fresh bread, and much more.
