Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml orange juice
- 200 ml white wine
- 200 ml milk or cream
- 600 g fish, fresh, firm
- 100 g mussel(s) – meat, fresh
- 100 g crab meat, fresh
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- pine nuts
- Raisins
- butter
- Flour

Fish ragout with mussels and crabs
Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, pour over the lemon juice, and cover and marinate for 20 minutes. Bring the orange juice and white wine to a gentle boil in a pan. Add the fish and marinade to the liquid. Add the seafood, pine nuts, and raisins, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Add the milk or cream. Mix a little butter and flour together and add to thicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
