Fish / Crab Soup
The perfect fish / crab soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Carrot
- 1 tsp Butter
- 400 ml Fish stock
- 3 Pc. Spring onions fresh
- 100 g Plaice fillet
- 100 g Fresh crabs
- 1 tsp Dill
- 100 ml Sweet cream
- Pepper salt
- Wash the carrot, clean if necessary, cut into thin sticks.
- Heat the butter in the saucepan and sauté the carrots in it.
- Pour in the fish stock, simmer until the carrots have reached the desired cooking point. Turn down the plate so that the soup no longer boils.
- Rinse the spring onions, remove the leaves and cut into rings, add to the soup.
- Rinse the plaice fillet, remove any remaining bones, cut into small pieces; off to the soup.
- Add the crabs to the soup as well.
- Season the soup with dill, cream, salt and pepper. Good Appetite.
