Ingredients

  • 1 Sea bream, approx. 250 g
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Solo garlic
  • 5 Plum tomatoes

Instructions

  • Season the chicken-ready sea bream vigorously and turn in flour. Put the lemon wedge and rosemary in the abdominal cavity.
  • Briefly fry the fish in hot olive oil on both sides.
  • Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Halve the tomatoes. Put all this around the fish in the pan and close with the lid.
  • Continue frying for approx. 10 minutes at reduced heat.
  • To check whether the sea bream is done, pluck a small piece of the dorsal fin from the meat. If the fin can be easily removed, the sea bream is done.
  • There was boiled potatoes and a Greek salad.
