Ingredients
- 1 Sea bream, approx. 250 g
- 1 slice Lemon
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 1 large Onion
- 1 large Solo garlic
- 5 Plum tomatoes
Instructions
- Season the chicken-ready sea bream vigorously and turn in flour. Put the lemon wedge and rosemary in the abdominal cavity.
- Briefly fry the fish in hot olive oil on both sides.
- Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Halve the tomatoes. Put all this around the fish in the pan and close with the lid.
- Continue frying for approx. 10 minutes at reduced heat.
- To check whether the sea bream is done, pluck a small piece of the dorsal fin from the meat. If the fin can be easily removed, the sea bream is done.
- There was boiled potatoes and a Greek salad.
