Fish: Orange and Fish Pan with Herb Noodles

Orange fish pan

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 75 g Spring onions fresh
  • 250 g Salmon fillet
  • 250 g Plaice fillet naturally frozen
  • 250 ml Orange juice
  • 150 g Orange fillet
  • 2 tbsp Sauce binder light
  • Lemon juice
  • Colorful pepper
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Ground ginger
  • Nutmeg

Herb noodles

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

preparation
