Orange fish pan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 75 g Spring onions fresh
- 250 g Salmon fillet
- 250 g Plaice fillet naturally frozen
- 250 ml Orange juice
- 150 g Orange fillet
- 2 tbsp Sauce binder light
- Lemon juice
- Colorful pepper
- Sea salt from the mill
- Red chilli flakes
- Ground ginger
- Nutmeg
Herb noodles
- 400 g Pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
preparation
- Put the oil with a little pepper in a pan … Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into rings … Wash the salmon and plaice fillets, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces … Filitate the orange
Cook
- Heat “pepper oil” … sweat spring onions … add pieces of fish and let simmer gently for approx. 5-7 minutes … deglaze with orange juice, reduce for approx. 5 minutes and thicken with sauce thickener … with orange fillets , Lemon juice, pepper, sea salt, chilli, ginger and nutmeg
- Bring the salt water to the boil … cook the pasta for approx. 8 minutes until al dente … drain …. mix with olive oil, tarragon and oregano
Serve
- Arrange the orange and fish pan with herb noodles on a flat plate
