Fish: Trout Salad
The perfect fish: trout salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Smoked trout, about 300 g
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 Lemon, the juice is needed
- 1 Tl Fig mustard
- 1 El Cream of horseradish with cranberries, own production
- 3 Turns of colorful pepper
- 3 Pinches Salt
- 1 Hard boiled egg
- 3 Anchovy fillet
- 0,25 Orange fillets about half an orange
- Thoroughly debone the trout and cut into small pieces
- Chop the egg and cut the anchovy fillets into tiny strips
- Peel the orange and thoroughly remove the white skin and cut the fillets. Half a fruit is enough.
- Make a sauce from all the other ingredients and fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Please use less dressing or liquid for a tartare.
