Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g coconut flour
- 50 g oat flakes
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground or almonds
- 10 g flaxseed meal
- 20 g protein powder, vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 1 apple
- 20 g butter
- 50 ml oat milk (oat drink) or soy or almond milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- possibly cinnamon powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan (approx. 28-30 cm). Puree the bananas, apple, eggs, and oat milk. Mix the remaining ingredients. Add cinnamon, if desired. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients with a mixer. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.
