Fitness Burger
The perfect fitness burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Burger topping:
- 2 Romana lettuce hearts
- 2 Beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Mozzarella
- Beef patties
- Yogurt sauce
For the beef patty:
- 800 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
For the yogurt sauce:
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 Lemon
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 bunch Chives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic oil
- Sugar
Beef Patty:
- Cut the onion into fine cubes and add to the minced meat. Now mix all the other ingredients with the ground beef. Season the minced meat mixture with salt and pepper. The taste loses a little when frying, so season the unroasted mass a little too much. Shape the burger patties into any size and thickness. Tip: The patties should all be formed about the same thickness. Otherwise the cooking time will be too different and you will not be able to eat together.
Yogurt sauce:
- First stir the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of the garlic oil until smooth. Roll the lemon over the cutting board with a little pressure so the pulp comes off better. Cut the lemon in half and press into the yogurt by hand. This means that no kernels can fall into the yoghurt. Carefully wash the herbs under cold water. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Add the herbs to the yogurt. Now just season everything properly with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

Assemble the burgers:
- Halve the burger buns and roast them on the grid in the oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes. Cover the burger halves with the ingredients you want, place the patty in the middle – and enjoy!
