Ingredients
salad
- 250 g Fussili
- 300 g Tuna in its own juice
- 200 g Cucumber, diced
- 200 g Date tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch Spring onions, cut into thin rings
- 200 g Feta, diced
dressing
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Allspelette vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ajvar
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 30 ml Olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
Instructions
salad
- Bring 3 liters of water with enough salt to the boil and then boil the fussili until al dente, then strain over a sieve and rinse under cold running water, drain well and then place in a salad bowl.
- Add the tuna, cucumber, tomatoes, spring leaves and feta and stir well.
dressing
- Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a tall container and puree with the magic wand.
Finisch
- Arrange the salad on a plate and pour the dressing over it.
