Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The ideal start to the day!

Cover the oat flakes with a thin layer of water and place them in a saucepan along with the peeled banana. Mash the banana—preferably a very ripe one—with a fork. Bring both to a boil briefly and remove the pan from the heat. Finely chop the kiwi and stir in. Peel the mandarin orange and arrange the pieces decoratively on top. Let the porridge cool or enjoy warm.
