Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g organic shrimp (ready to cook)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 heads of lettuce, small
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, lighter
- ½ tsp thyme, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the shrimp and basil and pat dry. Chop the basil leaves, peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp, basil, and garlic for about 5 minutes. Clean and wash the lettuce, pat dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash the tomatoes, zucchini, and radishes. Roughly dice the tomatoes, cut the zucchini into sticks, and slice the radishes. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, and thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the salad with the shrimp, vegetables, and dressing, arrange on plates, and serve with herb baguette, if desired.
