Fitness salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • ½ head of frisée lettuce
  • ½ head of Lollo Rosso
  • 3 onions
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 350 g corn (from the can)
  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp chives (cut into rings or frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the onions into rings, the tomatoes into eighths, and the eggs into slices. Mix the lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and corn well and place on a plate. Garnish with the egg slices. Mix the yogurt, sour cream, and ketchup and season with salt, pepper, and sweetener. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with the chives, and serve. The salad is delicious with the dressing and can also be served as a small snack on its own.
