Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cl vodka
  • 5 cl raspberry puree
  • 20 cl juice (watermelon juice), fresh
  • Melon(s) – balls, frozen
  • n. B. Mint leaves, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 5 minutes

Cocktail with watermelon, raspberry and vodka

Remove the seeds from a piece of watermelon and cut out 6-8 balls, then freeze. Juice the rest. Mix the vodka, raspberry puree, and watermelon juice well in a mixing glass. Place the frozen melon balls, along with a few mint leaves, into a cold hurricane glass and fill with the mixed ingredients.
