Instructions

For the perfect soup
Combine the milk with butter, salt, and nutmeg in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the sifted flour all at once and mix thoroughly. Return to the stovetop for a short time. Then transfer the hot dumpling to a bowl and stir in the egg. Using a wet spoon, form small dumplings, place them in salted water or broth, and cook for 5 minutes.
