Four-minute Chicken Fricassee

The perfect four-minute chicken fricassee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Flat rice noodles
  • 1 bunch Fresh asparagus
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 Bowl Mushrooms
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 Glass Capers
  • 1 piece Chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  1. First cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Then fry in the hot pan.
  2. Cut the asparagus, onion and mushrooms into fine strips, then season the asparagus.
  3. Put the seared meat in a separate saucepan. Fry the vegetables in the pan from the meat. When everything has got color, add the beaker of sour cream. Stir everything well. Season to taste with capers and caper stock.
  4. Soak the flat rice noodles in lukewarm water beforehand. Then drain and add to the vegetables. They continue to cook there.
  5. Add the chicken and the gravy, bring to the boil briefly and you’re done.
