Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • 0.33 bunch dill
  • 0.33 bunch chives
  • 0.33 bunch borage
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tear the lettuce apart, wash, and spin dry. Finely chop the herbs and finely dice the onion. Combine the herbs, diced onion, sugar, salt, vinegar, and oil in a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture over the salad and gently fold in. The vinegar and oil quantities depend on the size of the salad, so these are guidelines only.
