Fresh Lime Cheesecake

Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Whole grain biscuits
  • 150 g Liquid butter
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 Pc. Lime zest
  • 400 ml Condensed milk
  • 150 ml Lime juice
  • 300 ml Whipped cream
  • Hazelnut brittle

Instructions
 

  • Put whole grain biscuits in a plastic wrap bag and crumble them into small pieces with a paper towel. Add liquid butter and mix well.
  • Put the biscuit and butter batter into a cake tin and press down firmly.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk the egg yolk, lime zest, condensed milk and lime juice together. Put the cream on the baked dough base.
  • Bake again at 170 degrees for 15 minutes and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Whip the whipped cream until stiff and spread on the cake. Garnish with lime zest and hazelnut brittle.
