Fresh Porcini Mushrooms for Dinner

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Porcini mushrooms fresh
  • 20 g Butter
  • 20 g Smoked and diced bacon
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 20 g Ham cubes
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 2 Discs Farmers bread
  • 2 Discs Butter for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the bacon cubes in it, add the onion cubes and also the porcini mushrooms. Fry over medium heat and add the diced ham and about half of the chopped parsley to the mushrooms.
  • Fry until all the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms begin to take on color. Now season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes and continue to sizzle until it has an appetizing golden yellow color. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the mushrooms with the remaining parsley.
  • Brush the bread slices with butter, sprinkle with a little salt and serve with the fried porcini mushrooms.
