Fried fish with melted tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pangasius fillets, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 5 stalks of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw frozen fish. Halve tomatoes. Dice onions. Chop basil. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Rinse fish fillets, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and coat in flour. Heat butter in a pan. Fry fillets in it. Meanwhile, heat oil in a second pan. Sauté onions until translucent. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in basil. Drain pasta, arrange everything on the plate, and serve.
