Fried radishes with cream cheese and braised lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 150 g cream cheese, to taste
  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Low-carb alternative to fried potatoes

Heat oil in a pan. Slice the radishes, add them to the hot pan, and fry on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Stir in the cream cheese. Fold in the lamb’s lettuce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Tip: If you like, you can also top with grated cheese.
