Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas, overripe
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Using up leftover overripe fruit

Cream the butter, eggs, and sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the creamy mixture. Peel the pear and bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the fruit to the batter, mix well, and pour into a baking dish. Peel, quarter, and slice the apple. Arrange the apple slices on the batter. Tip: Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 20-30 minutes on the middle rack.
