Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 fruit tea bags
  • 800 ml water
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • some ice cubes
  • 1 lime(s), untreated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Makes approx. 1 liter

Boil the fruit tea bags with water and sugar, then let it steep for about 10 minutes. Remove the fruit tea bags and let the tea cool. Then pour in the apple juice. Season the tea with 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and chill for about 2 hours. To serve, first thinly slice the lime, then cut it into quarters. Place the quarters and ice cubes in glasses or small bottles, fill with the fruit iced tea, and serve with colorful straws. You can also prepare the fruit tea the night before and refrigerate it overnight.
