Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g wholemeal flour
  • 140 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g currants
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 140 g brown sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g milk
  • 12 paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

super delicious sweet muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat: 160°C). Place the paper baking cups in a muffin tin. Combine both types of flour in a bowl and add the baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything together. Rinse the fresh fruit and cut into small pieces. Drain the canned fruit in a sieve and also chop it into small pieces. Lightly beat the egg, then add the sugar, butter, and milk and mix well. Finally, add the fruit. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
