  • 230 g rice
  • salt water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 shot of red wine
  • 1 apple
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • some flour
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. curry powder
  • 3 turkey schnitzels
  • ½ slice(s) fresh ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water and set aside. Soak the raisins in the juice from the can of mandarin oranges. Sauté the chopped onion and deglaze with the red wine 1-2 times until tender. Cut the apple and banana into medium-sized cubes and heat them in a pan with the onion. Add the rice and a little of the mandarin orange juice. Coat the turkey cutlets in curry, salt, and flour and fry in a pan. Heat everything in the pan, then add the raisins and the whole mandarin oranges. There’s no need to chop the mandarin oranges; they’ll crumble when stirred in. Add the finely diced ginger; it’s better to add them carefully, and season with salt and curry. Add more mandarin orange juice to taste, depending on the moisture content. Serve everything on plates and serve hot!
