the eye-catcher, from a springform pan, approx. 12 pieces
Prepare a base from the first four ingredients. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (fan oven). Allow the base to cool thoroughly and leave in the pan. Now puree the strawberries and mix with the instant gelatin. Pour the strawberry mixture onto the cooled base and allow to set. This takes about 30 minutes. Slowly melt the chocolate and cream. Now stir in the instant gelatin and allow to cool slightly. Now carefully pour the chocolate mixture onto the set strawberry mousse. Tip: Pour the chocolate over the back of a spoon to prevent any deep holes in the strawberry mousse while pouring. Now prepare the second fruit mixture in the same way as the strawberry mixture. Puree the fruit, mix with the instant gelatin, and pour onto the set chocolate mixture. Once the third layer has set, decorate the cake as desired, e.g. with whipped cream. The cake tastes super delicious and not at all sweet.
