Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml Olive oil
  • 250 ml Diced onion
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 600 g Prawns
  • 3 Dried chili peppers
  • 1 sheet Laurel
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp Dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Let the olive oil get very hot in a pan. Add the onions and fry for 1 minute, then add the crushed garlic and the only lightly salted prawns (also works great with frozen prawns!).
  • Sizzle in it for a good 10 minutes. After about 5 minutes add the rosemary and the remaining herbs.
  • We ate fresh toast from the bakery and a tomato salad.
  • Simply fantastic!
