Gardeners Tortilla
The perfect gardeners tortilla recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh onions
- 600 g Potatoes
- 1 Red peppers
- 150 g Zucchini
- 150 g Eggplant fresh
- Garlic chopped to taste
- 3 piece Eggs
- Chopped parsley
- 7 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Tabasco green
- 6 tbsp Water
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Wash and dry in a towel. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the potato cubes and season with salt. Put the lid on and fry, turning every now and then.
- Quarter and core the paprika, peel the onions. Cut the aubergines, onions and peppers into small cubes and sauté in the remaining oil and turn them often.
- Peel the Knofi`s and either press them through the press or chop them into small pieces. Add to vegetables immediately. Salt again and cook covered.
- Whisk the eggs with the 6 tablespoons of water and a little salt.
- Mix the vegetables with the potatoes in two pans and season to taste. Spread the egg mixture over the pans and let it set. Finally sprinkle with parsley and you’re done.
- Goes well with this delicious vegetable juice seasoned with salt and pepper and a dash of Tabasco or soy sauce. Olá, Olé
