Garlic chicken with vegetables and oyster sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large chicken breast
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, Chinese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0.33 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • ¼ tsp shrimp paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Cut the chicken, bell peppers, snow peas, and onions into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a wok until smoking. Stir-fry the crab paste and chicken together for about 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Depending on the heat, this may take longer. Serve with rice.
