  • 250 g Butter
  • 600 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 4 thickness Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 quality Handful of chives

  1. Mix the butter until creamy, add the cream cheese and mix everything together well. Season with salt and pepper, rub in the stripped garlic cloves and stir everything well again.
