Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500g linguine
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 bags of ready-made salad dressing mix (herb-garlic)
- 9 tbsp oil

Great side dish for a barbecue
Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water until tender. Meanwhile, mix the dressing in a large bowl according to the instructions. Dice the feta and add it. Dice the bell peppers, but very finely. Slice the washed radishes and add them to the feta along with the diced bell peppers. Mix everything well. Quarter or eighth the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size, and add them to the bowl. Stir in. Drain the cooked pasta and let it cool. Add a little oil to prevent it from sticking together. Once cooled, add it to the vegetables and toss to combine. It’s best to let the salad sit for a few hours.
