Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 chicken, (Giggerl), ready to roast
- 75 g butter
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 piece(s) ginger, including 4 slices

A very easy to prepare meal, inexpensive, with a spicy taste
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces, heat butter in a pan, and fry briefly. Add soy sauce and continue frying on all sides. Add ginger to the meat. Do not add salt or water! Cover and simmer gently for about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Serve with rice. It’s also delicious cold.
