Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 ml gin
  • 500 ml tonic water
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Refreshing cocktail taste as a dessert or starter

Heat the water and sugar until completely dissolved. Let it cool, then add the gin and tonic water. Squeeze the lemons and season the mixture with the juice. Pour into a shallow, sealable container and freeze until completely solidified. To serve, scrape off any shavings with a spoon and pour into ice-cold dessert glasses.
