Ginger Dip
The perfect ginger dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Lowfat quark
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 walnut-sized piece Ginger
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- Salt
- Mix the quark and sour cream well.
- Peel the ginger, grate it finely and add to the quark cream.
- Peel the garlic, press it through the press and add it.
- Add lemon juice to the quark as well.
- Season well with salt and curry.
