Ginger Dip

The perfect ginger dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Lowfat quark
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 walnut-sized piece Ginger
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • Salt
  1. Mix the quark and sour cream well.
  2. Peel the ginger, grate it finely and add to the quark cream.
  3. Peel the garlic, press it through the press and add it.
  4. Add lemon juice to the quark as well.
  5. Season well with salt and curry.
