Girasoli with Parma ham and herb butter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (Girasoli al Prosciutto di Parma), from Italiamarkt
  • 25 g butter, melted
  • Handful of parsley, chopped
  • some Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the girasoli in boiling water for about 10 minutes until “al dente.” Before serving, toss the pasta in butter and chopped parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
