Glazed Tomatoes
The perfect glazed tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 15 g Sugar
- 25 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 branch Rosemary
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Wash the rosemary and pat dry with kitchen paper. put the sugar and butter in a pan, heat until the sugar has melted and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.
- Put the rosemary in the pan and toss. add the cocktail tomatoes and toss them in as well and season with salt and pepper to taste
