Glazed Tomatoes

The perfect glazed tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 25 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Wash the rosemary and pat dry with kitchen paper. put the sugar and butter in a pan, heat until the sugar has melted and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.
  2. Put the rosemary in the pan and toss. add the cocktail tomatoes and toss them in as well and season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. I had “Spaghetti with Pesto alla Genovese”
