Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 42 g chocolate (hazelnut chocolate)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 300 g flour mix, gluten-free, e.g. Schär Mix B Flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
for a loaf pan
Puree the ripe bananas with a hand blender. Coarsely grate the hazelnut chocolate. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, oil, egg, and chocolate shavings to the banana puree and mix. Then stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Pour the batter into a loaf pan greased with sunflower oil. Bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes.
