Gluten-free Spaetzle

The perfect gluten-free spaetzle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 270 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 130 ml Water
  • 1 pinch Flea seeds
  • 1 tbsp Butter, liquid
  • 5 g Guacern Flour
  1. Mix all ingredients together well and “beat” the dough like normal spaetzle dough until it bubbles.
  2. Heat water and bring to the boil (do not boil) and scrape the spaetzle or give it through a spaetzle press or similar (I used the Tupperware set) When they come up they are done (that goes very quickly), then with one Take out a ladle and process it how you want, e.g. Fry again with sauce or briefly with butter or cheese.
