Gluten-free Spaetzle
The perfect gluten-free spaetzle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 270 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 130 ml Water
- 1 pinch Flea seeds
- 1 tbsp Butter, liquid
- 5 g Guacern Flour
- Mix all ingredients together well and “beat” the dough like normal spaetzle dough until it bubbles.
- Heat water and bring to the boil (do not boil) and scrape the spaetzle or give it through a spaetzle press or similar (I used the Tupperware set) When they come up they are done (that goes very quickly), then with one Take out a ladle and process it how you want, e.g. Fry again with sauce or briefly with butter or cheese.
