Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of gnocchi
  • 2 handfuls of mint
  • 2 slices of butter
  • 1 handful of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and tasty

Wash and chop the mint, and fry it in butter. Toss the cooked gnocchi in the mint, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves.
