Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Oil, for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- chili powder
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Meanwhile, cook the gnocci as usual. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan with the onion and sauté briefly. Add the tomato paste and season with the spices. Remove from the heat and add the feta cheese. Drain the gnocci and add it to the pan. Mix everything well and serve.
