Gold Coins from Hoci

- Dough preparation

- 450 g Apricot jam
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 2 Pc. Limes fresh
- After a request to User DJOGO, I decided to let you participate in my small changes. So the dough and the crumble are made according to the data center of DJOGO, then I combined it with my idea and the following came out.
- Before I topped the thalers with the streussel, I put the jam in a small bowl and loosened it up a little with a fork. On each thaler one tablespoon of jam tan (in the middle of the thaler) spread out a little broadly up to about 1cm from the edge. Put the crumble on top and then bake it.
- Let cool down a bit after baking and prepare the glaze in the meantime. Simply mix 150 grams of powdered sugar and the juice of 2 limes and then distribute them on the thalers.
- Since the apricot jam is guaranteed to have a golden color, I called it gold talers. Baked 16 pieces yesterday evening and now 4 pieces left. Then they must have been delicious after all. Just give it a try.
