Gourmet Party Shrimp Bread

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Packs Party prawns à 100 g (here: From ALDI Nord!)
  • 4 Small onions approx. 150 g
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 4 Discs Sunflower Seed Bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Mini tomatoes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine slices. Peel the garlic cloves, cut in half lengthways and cut into fine slices. Heat butter (1 tbsp) with olive oil (1 tbsp) in a pan and fry / stir-fry the onion slices with the garlic slices in them. Season with sweet paprika (½ teaspoon), mild curry powder (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Remove the onion and garlic mixture from the pan. Pour olive oil (1 tbsp) into the pan and slowly fry the party prawns on both sides. Finally, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Brush the bread with butter, distribute the onion and garlic mixture in the middle of each bread. Place the prawns to the right and left of the onion and garlic mixture and serve garnished with a mini tomato.
