Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sunflower seeds
- 250 g almonds, sliced
- 200 g sesame seeds
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g honey

Quickly prepared and incredibly tasty, makes about 30 pieces
Roast the sunflower seeds, almonds, and sesame seeds separately in a non-stick pan and combine them in a saucepan. Melt the butter, sugar, and honey and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir the butter mixture into the seed mixture, pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and press it into a square about 1/2 cm high with your hands. After about 1/2 hour, when the mixture is not yet completely firm, cut into small squares (about 4 x 4 cm) and let cool completely. If you like, you can also stir in a handful of chopped dried fruit.
